Referral Offer Terms

Effective date: 26 August 2026 · Provider: Trael, a partnership based in the United Kingdom, trading as Trael

These Referral Offer Terms explain the discount a new customer can receive by using a Trael creator's referral code. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.

The offer

With a valid creator code, you receive 10% off your first three monthly subscription payments. At the current price of £24.99 per month, your first three payments are £22.49 each, and the then-current full price applies from your fourth payment onwards. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Who qualifies

The offer is for new customers only. A new customer is someone who has never previously held a paid Trael subscription. Someone who has only ever used the free trial may qualify. A previous paid subscriber does not become a new customer again by cancelling, deleting an account, re-registering, or using different details or codes.

Using a code

  • One code per account.
  • A code must be recorded on your account before your first successful payment, either through the creator's link or by typing it when you sign up. A code cannot be added after your first payment.
  • If more than one code is recorded, the last valid code recorded before your first payment is the one that applies. A code you type yourself takes priority over a code applied automatically by a link.
  • Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from using a code: it only means you type the code yourself rather than having it applied by a link.

Changes, cancellation and abuse

We may change or withdraw this offer for the future at any time; a discount already applied to your subscription is not affected. Your statutory cancellation and cooling-off rights, described in our Terms of Use, are unaffected by this offer. Using multiple accounts, re-registering or other abuse described in our Terms of Use may lead to the withdrawal of offers and to the suspension or closure of the accounts involved.
