These Offer Terms explain the TRAEL10 introductory offer. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.
The offer
With code TRAEL10, you pay £9.99 a month for your first 3 months, then £24.99 a month. The code takes £15.00 off each of your first 3 monthly payments at the current price of £24.99 a month.
Who is eligible
The offer is for first-time Trael customers: someone who has never previously held a paid Trael subscription. Someone who has only used the trial may qualify. A previous paid subscriber does not become a new customer again by cancelling, deleting an account or re-registering. One code per checkout. The code cannot be combined with a creator code. If you joined through a creator and a creator code is on your account, that discount applies and TRAEL10 cannot be added on top.
How to use the code
Enter TRAEL10 in the promotion code box on the checkout page before you pay. The checkout page is provided by Stripe, our payment provider, and shows the discounted amount before you confirm.
After your first 3 months
Once your first 3 discounted monthly payments have been made, you pay the then-current full price, currently £24.99 a month, until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from Settings, under Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period you are in: you keep access until then and are not charged again.
Prices and VAT
All prices include any applicable UK VAT.
Changes to the offer
Trael may withdraw or change this offer for new sign-ups at any time. This does not affect anyone already using TRAEL10 on a subscription, who keeps the offer for their first 3 months. Your statutory cancellation and cooling-off rights, described in our Terms of Use, are unaffected.
